Refund Policy

Booking cancellations and refunds

Effective Date: 20 Aug 2024. This policy applies to online appointment bookings on IndiaPathy.

Cancellation of Booking

  • You may cancel a booking within 2 days of booking the appointment.
  • If you miss the consultation date or time, the booking is not eligible for cancellation.
  • To process a cancellation, we require proof of booking from our website.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review it and notify you of the result.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 15 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your card issuer or bank, as posting can take additional time.
  • If you still have not received the refund, contact indiapaathy@gmail.com.

Doctor Cancellation

  • If a doctor cancels before or during the consultation, we will refund the booking amount as per the applicable rules.
